A visit to the garden to collect fresh vegetables and some aromatic herbs. By electric bicycle you go to the agricultural market of Podere il Casale to do the shopping (super the restaurant). On the way back, a regenerating dip in the swimming pool built inside the ancient drinking trough.

The afternoon flies away slowly. A walk in the fields to pick some flowers to decorate the table. An aperitif with a view in one of the small perched villages. In the evening you can read a good book on the veranda. And relax…
