Traditional recipes and genuine ingredients (most of them from the Treviso countryside) reflect the philosophy of family management and zero-kilometer management. The dinner opens with a voluptuous buffet of appetizers: "In our opinion, sharing is one of the concepts on which the experience. We wanted to create a corner out of time, far from today, close to our yesterday, which brings to mind the memories of all of us. And give, even with our family management, the atmosphere of years ago, dominated by sharing. For this reason at the Locanda Rosa Rosae everyone starts eating together. " Followed by the main courses served at the table and a phantasmagoric dessert buffet (70 euros each, bulk wine and house digestives included).
