A contemporary farmhouse. This is how Masseria Moroseta<\/strong> can be defined in a few words. Traditional dishes revisited in a modern way and local materials are combined with minimalist shapes and designer furnishings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be reached through a country road. Passing by the shadows of the olive groves. Some older more than 1000 years. A white tuff farmhouse<\/strong> stands on a ridge. On one side the white city of Ostuni<\/strong>, on the other side the Adriatic Sea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masseria Moroseta<\/a> is a large house where dinners, chats and moments of intimacy are shared<\/strong>. Here people come from all over the world to be in the middle of nowhere. In the silence of the Apulian countryside is easy to enjoy the beauty of simplicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A gourmet breakfast based on garden products and then a dip in the pool<\/strong>. Or a trip on a gozzo with the Margherita Moroseta, the traditional wooden motor boat. Back home and dine under the stars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A modern key for the traditional Apulian architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The blinding white, the sheltered courtyards, the arches, the cement tiles and the stone. And then cactus, dry stone walls and olive groves. The shapes and materials typical of Apulian farms<\/strong> live together with green building techniques and design furnishings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An old building that has been abandoned for 35 years has thus been transformed into a modern architecture that is perfectly at home among the centuries-old Apulian olive trees<\/strong>. This is thanks to the project by Andrew Trotter<\/a><\/strong> and the will of the owner of Masseria Moroseta Carlo Lanzini<\/a><\/strong> to combine tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential furnishings, ethnic rugs and stone sink. King-size bed, linen sheets and a small private garden in which to relax and read a book. Only six rooms<\/strong>, located in the internal courtyard. To enjoy the peace and quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authentic flavors and seasonal products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional and family recipes, but also creativity and innovation, especially in the kitchen. Thanks to the dishes of chef Giorgia Eugenia Goggi<\/a><\/strong>. They are prepared with garden products, but influenced by travels around the world. An organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the olive groves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
